Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track.
Before we meet for the first time I will send you intake forms to be filled out and informed consent to be signed. During our first session we will discuss the reasons that brought you in and the relevant background information.  For couples and families the process will be similar, each person will have the opportunity to express thoughts and concerns.  My role as a counsellor is to provide an environment where you feel safe. We will also discuss goals you would like to work on so we can develop a framework to work together. Many people choose to attend first 5-8 sessions on weekly basis, however it is up you whatever suits your schedule and budget.
Counselling should be a right, NOT a privilege. I have a 'sliding scale' or 'fee scale' to accommodate a range of financial circumstances. A 'sliding scale' attempts to take your individual circumstances into consideration. Contact me today and see what might work for you.
